Jaw Teeth Set
Ipoh Casting were one of the first to come out with the replaceable foot clamp jaw inserts back in 2008 and it has become much more widely accepted alternative to the soldered in carbide which are troublesome to replace in the field.
Given our toolmaking background identifying and obtaining the correct material and how to go about it’s treatment is part of our normal process. Our footclamp jaw teeth are cut in one setup on our 5 axis CNC ensuring consistency and fit into our jaws. All of our jaw teeth are harden to a file-like 55hrc and finally sent for plating to ensure greater environmental protection.

Using bolt through teeth, togther with out footclamp jaws, allows quick in the field replacement. Unlike some other versions we have our bolts go through the jaw in case the bolt snaps the teeth will still be able to be easily removed and replaced.
