We are based in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia. All of our products are proudly manufactured here at our foundry and machine shop. From Ipoh, we supply our products to customers across Malaysia and export worldwide.  Our Australian warehouse is located in Albury, NSW.

We use a range of different steels and alloys. Our background is in machining and foundries so this is our strength. If you have a custom requirement for strength or toughness of any of our parts let us know and we will try to accommodate.

 

We manufacture and supply a 1:1 Hanjin-compatible replacement parts.

For our foot clamp our jaws are compatible with the Sandvik foot clamp but some of the other parts are not.  It's best to let us know what model you have first.

 

Excluding individual country requirements we can ship almost anywhere.  We have had experience of shipping to North Africa, Eastern Europe and SE Asia.  Each country has it's own challenges however we have staff on hand to deal with this and work closely with shipping agents.

Payment terms are usually 100% when the order is ready to send, currency we can operate in is USD, AUD and Euro.  In the case or larger order a deposit of ~30 to 50% is required.

For smaller items which are usually air freighted we use a thickened cardboard carton.  Anything larger we use seaworthy and heat treated wooden crates.  Other customer required packing styles are also available.
